La Sella Golf Resort
The Resort has the 27-hole Golf course of La Sella, designed by José María Olazábal, and is located between Javea and Denia. It is a beautiful course surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation where one can play golf all year round.
Its services include: club house, restaurant, pro shop, driving range, golf academy, putting greens, approach greens, bunker range, buggies, electric and hand trolleys, and sale and repair of golf equipment. There is also a great selection of some beautiful properties!
Javea
This popular location has three distinct areas. First is the unspoilt old town full of charm and character, including the traditional indoor market hall. 1km away is the fishing port and sporting marina, together with the interesting fisherman’s church, bars and shops.
Then, a little way along the coast, is Playa Prima which leads to the lively beach resort area of Playa Arenal. Here you will find a blue flag beach, cool bars, restaurants, and chic boutiques. The Natural Park ‘Montgo’ and Javea Golf Club are a few kilometers away.”
Cumbre Del Sol
Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort is a stunning natural enclave overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and located at the easternmost tip of the province of Alicante. From this unique vantage point at the highest elevations of the municipality of Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol enjoys panoramic views of the waters and the protected natural areas from Javea to Moraira.

Moraira
Widely regarded as one of the ‘jewels’ of the Costa Blanca, Moraira offers picturesque beaches, chic boutique shopping, excellent quality dining, nearby golf courses, a marina, and a good selection of high quality property.
This small, upmarket Spanish coastal town is located adjacent to the neighbouring village of El Portet and both communities form a tourist resort on the Costa Blanca, with 8 km of coastline backed by mountains and vineyards.
Jalon & Orba Valleys
Residing slightly inland gives you the advantage of more space for less cost, and these are ideal locations if you are looking for a taste of real Spain, with life at a much slower pace, and in a tranquil setting. Due to its topography and soil, the Jalon Valley perfect for the cultivation of Grapes and Almonds.
Jalon Valley is famous for its spring Almond Blossom and numerous Bodegas where one can buy the local wine and other produce. The neighbouring Girona (Orba) Valley has numerous small villages, with the base of the valley dedicated to Orange groves and other agricultural activities.
Altea
An authentic 12th century hilltop town, with a modern resort area by the sea, a marina and a fishing port, Altea is very popular for holidays and permanent living.
The economy of Altea is based on tourism, which started to grow in the 1950s because of its good weather, beaches and the labyrinthine streets with whitewashed house-fronts that characterize the town. This maze of cobbled narrow and crooked streets with glimpses of the bay is one of the best features of the town.
Other sights include the church of “Our Lady of Solace”, easily identifiable by its picturesque blue and white domes, tiled with glazed ceramics. There are numerous quaint restaurants near the church, some with a view over the Mediterranean.
La Marina
A small village, 25km south of Alicante city, conveniently located for the airport. Between the village and the sea there is a Pine and Palm tree forest which is a protected Natural Park. For this reason development is generally restricted to a nearby residential zone.
The beaches here are long and sandy and extend from the Rio Segura estuary in the south, 10km towards Salinas de Santa Pola in the north. The central part of the beach with car parks, beach bars, and other facilities is popular in the summer. However, either side of this area we find relatively quiet and secluded beaches with sand dunes popular with naturists.
Guardamar Del Segura
This more substantial town lies south of the estuary of the Rio Segura, adjacent to a large Natural Park popular with tourists. The main town beach has a promenade ‘paseo maritimo’ with bars and restaurants.
In the centre of town there are shops and other amenities, a town hall, and opposite a beautiful church. On the outskirts of the town there is a ruined castle from the 12th century.
Orihuela Costa (Including Villamartin Golf)
With the motorway connections, shopping malls, and a choice of Golf courses, this popular location is a very convenient drive from Alicante and Murcia International airports.
Plenty of property choice from the large-scale development that is prevalent in this area, but nevertheless popular as ever with people of all nationalities. A choice of sandy beaches a few km away, but beware…it’s no secret!
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is an exclusive residential complex with low housing density and built around an award winning 18-hole golf course. In a privileged enclave, Las Colinas is located in a valley surrounded by hills and a nature reserve of protected land and woodland.
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is much appreciated due to its privacy, natural beauty, exceptional climate, extremely good connections by road, train and air and conservation of the natural surroundings. Its homes, amenities, infrastructures and the golf course itself all blend perfectly into the surrounding landscape.
Life in Las Colinas Golf Country Club offers some golf just a short walk away, shopping in any of the convenient shopping centres, sunbathing on the beach and dining in any of the charming villages close by. And just a short drive away you have access to a range of services and leisure activities: international schools, shopping centres, golf courses, marinas, a nature reserve, hospitals and medical facilitys, plus a residents-only Beach Club!.”
